Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced engineering leadership.
• 14+ years in related work experience.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional teams on development or production programs.
• Experience with systems integration, verification & validation, configuration management, and supplier oversight.
• Experience driving RCCA, anomaly management, and mission assurance activities.
• Familiarity with AS9100, CMMI, ISO quality standards, and export control requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• 100% onsite presence required in Saint Charles, MO.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Program Chief Engineer’s delegated responsibilities to ensure program technical integrity and compliance.
• Lead hardware/software integration planning and execution across lifecycles.
• Support ERB, CCB, MRB; draft recommendations and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain and report on the technical baseline health and change proposals.
• Coordinate test readiness and acceptance activities with IPT leads.
• Prepare executive technical briefings, status updates, and risk reports.
