Job summary

TL Stroh Architects seeks an experienced ASID Certified Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to completion. The role emphasizes strong client relationships, collaborative design, and attention to detail across residential and commercial spaces.

You will manage all phases, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality interior design solutions.

Qualifications

• Active ASID Certification is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional interior design experience (residential or commercial).
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of interior design projects, including space planning, material and finish selection, furniture specification, lighting design, and construction documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers, CAD drafters, junior designers, contractors, and administrative teams.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and contribute to a supportive, creative team culture.
