You will manage client presentations, coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural consultants, develop construction documents, and oversee FF&E specification and procurement. • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in commercial interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• NCIDQ Certification preferred.
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior projects from concept to construction administration.
• Lead client presentations and coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural consultants.
• Develop full construction document sets (floor plans, RCPs, elevations, detailing).
• Lead FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) specification and procurement projects
• Manage and mentor junior design staff.
• Review technical documentation.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and code compliance requirements.
