The role combines design leadership with business awareness to support project success and firm growth. You will oversee Revit documentation, mentor staff, and coordinate with clients while developing design direction, finish palettes, and FF&E strategies aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

7+ years of interior design or architecture experience.
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and visualization tools.
Excellent presentation and graphic communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Lead interior design from concept through construction administration (SD, DD, CD, CA).
Develop design direction, finish palettes, and FF&E strategies aligned with client goals.
Oversee Revit-based documentation, coordination, and adherence to standards.
Mentor junior staff, manage project teams, and serve as primary client contact.
Support business development, including client relationships and proposals.
