Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program.
• 8–10 years of interior design experience on high-end commercial projects.
• Registered Interior Designer preferred.
• Proficient in Revit; Rhino and Enscape experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across high-end interior projects, of varying size, complexity, and design phases.
• Work collaboratively across teams to develop creative design solutions that meet the client's criteria.
• Ensure the standardization of design intent, processes, and other needs across the office.
• Collaborate collectively and manage communication between the project team, client contractors, and consultants.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in the development of design solutions.
• Serve as a resource to Interior Designers and Project Managers as designs are developed.
• Lead the development of 2D and 3D graphics, presentations, and other collateral to convey design ideas to clients and project teams.
• Oversee in construction observation, helping keep the built product aligned with design intent.
• Facilitate the development of strong client relationships as a project team member.
