Job summary

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is seeking a Product Manager to support Asia market roadmaps, translating regional needs into prioritized work and driving delivery with a strong emphasis on efficient technology use and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to define requirements, write user stories, and manage a groomed backlog while partnering with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Controls to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, business analysis, digital delivery, or agile roles.
• Experience working on customer-facing or advisor-facing experiences in financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Interest in AI-enabled product capabilities and governance/measurement practices.
• Clear written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end-to-end client/advisor journeys for Asia across digital and assisted channels.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to gather requirements and document market-specific needs.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows; maintain a groomed backlog.
• Coordinate with Design, Eng, Operations and Controls to ensure usable, scalable, compliant solutions.
• Deliver AI-enabled features, supporting testing and measurement.
• Track status, dependencies, risks, releases; prepare readiness materials.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback; propose improvements from data.
• Identify opportunities for shared components across regions.
