Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior program leader to drive AI-enabled initiatives within the Annuity and Insurance product delivery space.

The role coordinates multiple workstreams across business, technology, risk, and compliance to translate AI visions into executable roadmaps and measurable value. The candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage epics and stories for technology teams, and ensure successful UAT and go-live readiness

Qualifications

8–12+ years in project/program management with multi-workstream delivery ownership.
Experience operating at VP level in financial services, with annuities/insurance exposure preferred.
Experience delivering AI/ML, advanced analytics, automation, or GenAI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support Product Delivery across Annuities & Insurance with end-to-end lifecycle oversight (epic creation, story writing, progress reports, UAT, readiness sign-off).
Lead AI initiative delivery (intake, scope, roadmap, execution) for AI projects aligning objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Translate business needs into executable plans by defining requirements, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
Drive governance, reporting, and change management to scale AI-enabled PM practices across portfolios.
Develop and manage initiatives balancing stakeholder, risk and business impacts.
Leverage data to understand user behavior, drive decisions and business growth.
Define functional requirements and translate into Epics and stories for tech teams to deliver.
Oversee and coordinate all user acceptance testing and provide go/no-go decisions.
