Qualifications

• 10+ years sales and/or marketing experience in Asian sales.
• Strong understanding of markets and distribution channels.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience building and managing a sales team.
• Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese/Fukinese required.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asian sales team to meet annual and monthly targets and development goals.
• Develop sales and go-to-market strategies for existing and new products and channels.
• Identify market trends and competitive intelligence to adjust plans.
• Foster relationships with key customers and conduct business reviews.
• Report monthly/quarterly on sales performance and pipeline.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and Marketing on pricing and end-user strategy.
