Job summary

CESNA Group seeks a Director of Asian Sales to lead the Asian sales segment from a remote US base. You will drive strategy, sales targets, and growth with a focus on Mandarin/Cantonese/Fukinese language markets.

The role requires 10+ years in Asian sales or marketing, strong negotiation, and a track record of building sales teams and relationships. Reporting to the President & CEO, this position oversees a regional team and aligns with marketing for pricing and product strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales and/or marketing experience within Asian sales industry.
• Strong understanding of markets and distribution channels.
• Negotiation and closing deals.
• Solution selling and building sales relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Education: BA/BS, preferred.
• Language Skill: Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese/Fukinese required

Responsibilities

• Lead Asian sales team to deliver annual and monthly sales targets and development goals.
• Develop sales and go-to market strategies for existing products, new products, and new channels.
• Identify market trends, market shifts, and customer consolidation. Propose strategies to capitalize on market conditions.
• Foster relationships with key customers and participate in business reviews to assess product effectiveness and growth opportunities.
• Propose and implement annual operating sales plan and budget, including goals, pipeline, channel development, new products, and staffing.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales to develop overall sales strategies and training.
• Recruit and develop a strong sales team and improve product knowledge.
• Report monthly and quarterly on sales performance and development status.
