Job summary

Cesna Recruitment's client is seeking an Asian Sales Director to lead the sales effort across Asia, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market leadership for a foodservice packaging company. The role emphasizes solution selling, customer engagement, and market intelligence.

Requires 10+ years in Asian sales or marketing, Mandarin/Cantonese/Fukinese language skills, and strong leadership of regional teams with a proven track record in negotiating and closing deals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales and/or marketing experience within Asian sales industry.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Fluent or proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese/Fukinese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asian sales team to deliver annual and monthly targets and development goals.
• Develop sales and go-to-market strategies for existing and new products and channels.
• Identify market trends and pricing dynamics; build competitive market intelligence.
• Foster relationships with key customers and conduct business reviews to assess growth opportunities.
• Propose and manage annual operating sales plan, budget, and territory plans.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and Marketing on end-user strategy, pricing, and new products.
• Recruit and develop a strong sales team; assess capabilities and plan staffing needs.
• Report monthly and quarterly on sales performance and development status.
