Job summary

CESNA Group is seeking a highly capable Sales Director for Asian markets, fluent in Mandarin. This executive role leads the Asia sales team, develops GTM strategies for existing and new products, and strengthens relationships with key customers to drive revenue growth from a remote US location.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Asian sales, strong negotiation and strategic planning skills, and experience building and mentoring sales teams. BA/BS preferred; MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in Asian sales.
• Strong understanding of markets and distribution channels.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience building and managing a sales team.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Education: BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asian sales team to meet annual and monthly targets.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for existing and new products and channels.
• Identify market trends and pricing opportunities and develop competitive intelligence.
• Foster relationships with key customers and conduct quarterly/annual reviews.
• Develop annual operating sales plan and budget; oversee sales pipeline and territory plans.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and Marketing on strategy and pricing; train the sales team.
• Recruit and develop a strong sales team and manage broker relationships if applicable.
• Report on sales performance and development status.
