Job Description

Prefilled Syringe (PFS) Manufacturing is responsible for fill and finish of prefilled syringe products produced on the site, including hyaluronic acid (HA) based medical device products and pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitization of process equipment, equipment preparation, process validation support, sampling, environmental monitoring, and other related activities.

Main Responsibilities

1. Perform tasks related to aseptic manufacturing and filling, maintain documentation, perform cleaning and sanitization, prepare equipment, assist in validation activities, and perform sampling and monitoring.
2. Operate automated syringe fillers, perform format changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, load syringes, perform weight checks, and monitor critical parameters. Handle heavy vessels and perform cleaning routines.
3. Witness routine operational tasks, maintain documentation, and follow established practices and procedures.
4. Work mostly standing, demonstrating requisite skills and applying additional knowledge as needed.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma + 2 years in Aseptic Processing & GMP environment OR Bachelor's degree + 1 year in Aseptic Processing & GMP environment.
