Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Production Technician II in Holland, MI.

The role focuses on operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to maximize efficiency, while upholding safety and quality in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. The position covers preventative and basic maintenance, machine changeovers, data recording, and participation in process improvements to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with and on automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing.
• Basic understanding and application of mathematical skills to make production calculations and perform loss and waste analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety first approach.
• Ensures work areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line quality.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Record all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.).
• Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment.
