Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper’s Williamson, NY production team is seeking a Production Technician I to monitor manufacturing processes, operate equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will engage in initiatives to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

Shifts may be 12-hour 2-2-3 rotations or 8-hour days, with overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled. Join a team focused on safety, data tracking and lean daily management to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience operating high-speed production machinery
• 1 year of prior experience monitoring product quality
• Ability to quickly learn processing and packaging equipment
• Self-motivated team player with decision making and problem solving
• Comfort with basic computer functions and learning production software
• Basic math skills for production calculations

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
• Understand and help drive improvement to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practicesand Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
• Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
• Actively engage in resolving production line issues, executing and developing standard work, tracking production data, and participating in KDP’s lean daily management process.
• Actively learn and participate in formal problem-solving processes with team members.
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
