Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Production Technician II for its Irving, TX facility. The role focuses on operating, monitoring, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to maximize efficiency, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous process improvement.

There is potential for domestic travel during training periods. The position is on 2nd shift, Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year of experience monitoring and performing product quality testing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety first approach.
• Ensures work areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line quality.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Record all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.).
• Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment.
