Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets.
• Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and production documentation.
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials, and processes.
• Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices.
