Job summary

Novo Nordisk USA's Clayton, NC facility is seeking an Industrial Maintenance professional to identify issues and support reliability improvements for critical process equipment. You’ll help minimize downtime while assisting with operation of assigned processes, focusing on low to moderate complexity tasks.

The role reports to a manager and involves preventive and corrective maintenance, data recording, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or relevant field required.
• High School diploma (or GED) with minimum of two years of equipment maintenance experience required.
• Knowledgeable in systems: compressed air, electro-mechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and/or robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
• Restore function to equipment in a technically correct manner.
• Support event response and process operations across assigned area.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on designated process equipment.
• Operate, monitor and control equipment, systems and processes.
• Record and review production data in batch records and forms.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements in duties.
