Job summary
Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to improve systems and equipment reliability in the aseptic production area. You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor performance, and lead event responses to minimize downtime.
The position requires an Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience, knowledge of SAP and electrical/mechanical systems, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent with mechanical/electrical/control systems knowledge.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with SAP and reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient computer literacy.
Responsibilities
- Work in a safe and environmentally responsible way.
- Actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
- Restore function to equipment in a technically correct manner.
- Actively lead Event Response.
- Plan and perform corrective and preventative maintenance on assigned process.
- Monitor performance and trends; provide action plans.
- Support system/equipment reliability improvement projects.
- Assist in training and coaching of process operations.
- Record and review maintenance data in SAP/work orders.
