Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC seeks a maintenance technician to identify potential issues and improve reliability of systems and equipment in the designated process. You will support low to moderate complexity issues and assist in operating the process.

The role reports to the Manager and requires an associate degree or equivalent, with strong knowledge of automated records (SAP) and safety protocols. Join Novo Nordisk and contribute to quality manufacturing and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of compressed air, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and/or robotics preferred.
• SAP experience or familiarity with automated records systems is a plus.
• Computer literacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
• Restore function to equipment in an effective and technically correct manner.
• Actively participate in and support Event Response.
• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on assigned process.
• Operate, monitor, and control equipment, systems and processes.
• Support and implement reliability improvement projects for systems/equipment.
• Record and review production data in Batch Production Records and forms.
• Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
