Job summary

Smart Resources Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair aseptic processing and packaging equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and maintaining CMMS records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in food, beverage, dairy, aseptic, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, and production equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support aseptic processing, filling, packaging, CIP/SIP, and changeovers.
• Read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Maintain maintenance records and CMMS documentation.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, LOTO, and safety procedures.
