Job summary

Steuben Foods, a leading aseptic food and beverage manufacturer in Western New York, seeks a maintenance mechanic to support food safety, quality, and facility reliability. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance on packaging lines and related equipment.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, an associate degree or apprenticeship, and familiarity with packaging systems (Tetra Pak, SIG, JBT, Elopak). Availability after-hours is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in engineering or equivalent, or completing an apprentice program.
• 1-3 years maintenance mechanic experience in a related field.
• Liquid food packaging/processing experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food safety and quality.
• Maintenance work-order execution.
• Maintenance processes and procedures (admin).
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
