Job summary

Grifols, S.A. in California is seeking a Supervisory Manufacturing leader for IGIV Bulk to oversee the production process, ensure cGMP compliance, and mentor technicians on the shift.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage batch documentation, and coordinate with quality and facilities to maintain safety, productivity, and quality across all plant operations. Strong leadership and GMP knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher with science/technical focus preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA-regulated environment.
• Equivalency: high school + 4 years related experience accepted.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and aseptic processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit or group and manage schedules.
• Oversee batch documentation review for completeness and accuracy.
• Initiate facility work orders for equipment repair.
• Support process/troubleshooting to maintain aseptic processing and yields.
• Drive improvements in production methods, equipment, layout, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and knowledge of standards.
• Provide training and guidance to department personnel.
• Coach and address performance issues with HR collaboration.
