Job summary

Grifols in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing for the IGIV Bulk line. This role oversees the manufacturing process and shifts, ensuring cGMP compliance and providing training to technicians.

The position requires strong leadership, GMP knowledge, and ability to optimize production while maintaining safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will have an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years in pharma/GMP, and proven supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related pharma/GMP/FDA regulated experience.
• Equivalency: HS diploma or GED plus 4 years related experience acceptable.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, including aseptic processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit of employees, assign tasks, monitor performance.
• Review department batch documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Initiate facility work orders for equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot processes to maintain aseptic processing and product yields.
• Improve production methods, equipment performance, and facility layout.
