Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA regulated environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate, train and develop staff.
• Solid knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of production schedule, shift, and department personnel.
• Perform equipment setup and operation in a biologics processing environment.
• Ensure procedures adhere to FDA regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and provide leadership in supervisor’s absence.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and safety policies throughout the facility.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment (UF units, CIP/SIP, centrifuges).
