Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Sr. Supervisor, Manufacturing to oversee a manufacturing operation and/or technical group.

You will manage daily production activities, coordinate with maintenance, quality and other partner groups, and drive continuous improvement projects to meet cGMP standards and schedule commitments. This senior role requires strong leadership, practical troubleshooting, and a track record of managing complex processes within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 5 years of proven technical/project management and leadership experience in a FDA, USDA environment.
• Masters degree plus 3 years of proven technical/project management and leadership experience in a FDA, USDA environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities for the production plan in the assigned area.
• Lead planning and organization of specific job assignments per cGMP and production schedules.
• Oversee Training and Documentation Manufacturing functions as applicable.
• Lead CI (continuous improvement) initiatives to drive production performance.
• Provide input on budget planning for area of responsibility and authorize expenditures within guidelines.
• Ensure HES and quality compliance and review/authorize ETPs as required.
