Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in pharma GMP or FDA-regulated environment.
• Degree in biology/chemistry/engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a manufacturing unit on designated shift and assign tasks.
• Review batch documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide training and development for department technicians.
• Lead process troubleshooting to maintain aseptic processing and yields.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
