Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations including aseptic processing.
• Solid knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations.
• Ability to manage projects and schedules with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit or group of employees, assign tasks and maintain schedules.
• Oversee production review of department batch documentation for accuracy.
• Initiate Facility Work Orders for equipment repair needs.
• Troubleshoot processes to ensure aseptic processing and product quality.
• Suggest and implement improvements to production methods and layout.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and stay updated on standards.
• Generate written investigations and responses for out-of-spec events.
• Participate in inspections and audits, providing required documentation.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to direct reports.
