Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, IN is seeking an Aseptic Equipment Lead to own the setup, performance, and optimization of a key aseptic filling line during night shift. You will work with Engineering, Maintenance and Filling Operators to ensure product quality, equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

This role requires hands‑on mechanical aptitude and 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn enterprise systems (Veeva, D365, Blue Mountain).

Responsibilities

• Own setup, performance, and optimization of the aseptic filling line during your shift.
• Lead troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement long‑term solutions.
• Monitor line performance and support regulatory readiness and product quality.
• Analyze trends to reduce downtime and boost yield.
• Standardize training on equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
