Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; ability to learn Veeva, D365 and Blue Mountain.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Become the subjectmatter expert for the assigned filling line and its supporting systems.
• Lead troubleshooting by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Monitor line performance and support OCRs and inspection readiness.
• Analyze trends to reduce downtime, improve operator efficiency, and boost yield.
• Standardize equipment setup and train others on basic troubleshooting.
