Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, Indiana seeks an Aseptic Equipment Lead (AEL) to own the setup, performance, and optimization of a key aseptic filling line during your shift. You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operators to drive continuous improvement and production success.

Schedule: 10:00pm-8:30am, Mon-Thurs. The role requires hands-on work in Grade A-D cleanrooms, with safety, quality and efficiency as top priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn Veeva, D365 and Blue Mountain.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject-matter expert for the assigned filling line and supporting systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Monitor line performance and support OCRs and inspection readiness.
• Analyze trends to reduce downtime and boost yield.
• Standardize setup and basic troubleshooting for operators and leads.
