Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Lead Operator - Aseptic Filling on the Day Shift to oversee start-up activities, lead training, and ensure continuous supply of medicines. You will operate automated equipment in a GMP environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production plans.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, leadership ability, and strong communication skills, with a High School Diploma or GED as minimum education. U.S. work Authorization required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with automated equipment in a GMP/cleanroom environment.
• Leadership experience with the ability to train/educate team members.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to effectively communicate (electronically, written and verbal).
• Flexibility to troubleshoot and triage challenges.
• Computer proficiency (desktop software).

Responsibilities

• During the project phase, support start up activities required to bring the PAR filling area into service.
• Become the expert within assigned area and educate the team in proper operation of the facility.
• Lead the training of new staff and act as site leader for the PAR equipment and processes.
• After project completion, ensure continuous supply by running the process, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally while upholding safety and quality.
