Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Installation Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems in a fast-paced shop environment. You will follow VIP processes to ensure quality service and safety, while communicating effectively with customers and team members.

The role requires ASE certifications and ongoing training to uphold VIP safety and service standards. A 5‑day work week and hourly wage apply, with emphasis on first-time right service.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical instructions and procedures
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers
• Diagnose and repair basic automotive problems
• Maintain safety and compliance in the shop

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair and maintenance services on vehicles
• Follow safety policies and training, and lock out unsafe equipment
• Initiate and display Service Work Orders before service
• Complete required training and ASE certifications as listed
