Qualifications

• One year of related automotive service experience.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE Certification status (G1–Maintenance, A4 Suspension & Steering, A5 Brakes) recommended; State Inspection License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems and perform maintenance as qualified.
• Initiate and display a Service Work Order prior to service and ensure it remains with the vehicle.
• Complete MPI prior to service and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
• Return cores, batteries, and used tires to designated areas after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow VIP safety and loss prevention policies.
