Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Techline Support Specialist 1 in Stanfield, AZ. The role provides help desk support to dealership technicians, diagnosing and guiding repairs with deep vehicle knowledge and OEM/Nissan service manuals.

It requires ASE Master or OEM Master certification and several years of automotive repair experience. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule (on-site M-TH, remote on Friday) and no travel expected.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of automotive retail repair experience.
• Certification as an ASE Master Technician (A1 through A8) OR OEM Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk technical assistance and guidance to dealership service technicians regarding vehicle maintenance, service or repair.
• Document cases with required information and update/close reports; search database for related matches.
• Collaborate across departments to report incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis.
