Job summary

Nissan North America in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Techline Support Specialist 1 to join our team. You will respond to TECH LINE cases via email or phone and provide dealership service technicians with technical information on diagnosis and repair of customer vehicles.

The role requires ASE Master technician or OEM Master certification, plus deep knowledge of maintenance and repair for Nissan and Infiniti vehicles.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of maintenance and repair of Nissan/Infiniti vehicles; ability to use service manuals and tools.
• Three or more years of automotive retail repair experience, plus one or more years of related professional level experience.
• AA degree preferred or equivalent training; ASE Master Technician (A1–A8) or OEM Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk technical assistance and direction to dealership service technicians for vehicle maintenance, service or repair.
• Document all cases with required information and update reports; analyze from customer perspective and propose actions.
• Provide feedback from dealership technicians to Nissan North America; work with cross-functional teams to complete reporting.
