Job summary

Valley Nissan in Longmont, CO is seeking an ASE-certified automotive technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. You will perform repairs per dealership policies, drive tests, and communicate with service staff to ensure quality service for customers.

Qualifications

• ASE certification is required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders efficiently per dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools; test-drive vehicles.
• Oversee team to ensure repairs are understood and executed correctly.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional services; complete inspection reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Oversee team to make sure all repairs are understood & executed correctly
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report

REQUIREMENTS:

• ASE certification
• Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Are a team player
• Have a valid driver's license
