Job summary

Nissan Stanfield, AZ is seeking a Techline Support Specialist 1 to join our team. You will respond to TECH LINE cases via email or phone, provide technical information on diagnosis and repair, and document cases for engineering review.

The ideal candidate has ASE Master or OEM Master certification, plus three years of automotive repair experience. This full-time hybrid role requires M-TH on site with Friday remote, and AA degree or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of automotive retail repair experience.
• AA degree preferred OR equivalent training.
• ASE Master Technician (A1–A8) OR OEM Master certification.
• Typing speed of 30 wpm or better.

Responsibilities

• Responds to TECH LINE cases via email, phone, or chat with dealership technicians.
• Documents technical information and prepares reports for engineering review.
• Provides support aligned with Nissan brand values and cost-reduction goals.
• Updates and closes out reports with required information.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet reporting requirements.
