O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Osceola, IA, to deliver exceptional retail and installer customer service. You will greet customers, assist with parts selection, and support store management in daily operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing transactions, handling exchanges/returns, and maintaining store displays. Bilingual Spanish is highly desired; ASE certification preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store calls and look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Process cash, checks, credit card transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with planogram updates, stocking, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services and maintenance as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
