O’Reilly Auto Parts in Decorah, IA is seeking a Parts Specialist who delivers high-level service to retail and installer customers and supports store management. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, and aid professional customers while maintaining accurate cash handling and returns per policy.

Spanish language skills are encouraged, and ASE certification is a plus. The role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and promotions.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints with courtesy.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stock and planogram updates.
