Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions or procedures.
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and coworkers.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.
• Interpret, understand, and apply written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Perform the automotive services listed in the ASE categories.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety as the top duty.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for automotive systems.
• Ensure a valid Service Work Order is initiated before service.
• Complete MPI and participate in VIP’s customer engagement process.
• Return parts to the Desk Team and manage used parts/cores properly.
• Maintain productivity targets for technicians and ASE certifications.
• Follow VIP quality standards and complete required trainings.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and comply with safety requirements.
