Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions and regulations.
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly.
• Diagnose and recommend automotive solutions.
• Apply written/oral instructions and schedules effectively.
• Perform automotive services listed in duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automotive systems and perform repairs for expected first-time quality.
• Maintain safety by following policies and training; lock out unsafe equipment.
• Initiate and display valid Service Work Orders during service.
• Complete MPI and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
• Return parts to the desk team and manage cores/batteries/tires properly.
• Stay productive per VIP productivity targets and train as required.
