Job summary

The technician must complete required LMS training, maintain ASE certifications, and work a standard 5-day, 40-hour week in a busy service department. State inspections may be required.

Qualifications

• Read, analyze and interpret technical instructions and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly and respond to questions.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.
• Ability to perform the automotive services listed above.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain automotive systems per VIP standards.
• Follow safety policies and complete required training.
• Ensure service work orders are initiated and completed properly.
