Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and apply technical instructions and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and coworkers.
• Diagnose automotive problems and propose solutions.
• Interpret and apply written or scheduled instructions.
• Perform essential automotive services listed in ASE areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for automotive systems (ASE scope).
• Initiate Service Work Order before service and display with vehicle.
• Complete MPI and support 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
• Submit service prints and return keys after service.
• Source parts from Desk Team and return unused parts.
• Return cores, batteries and used tires to designated areas.
• Maintain 16-week productivity: Technician 80%, ASE 90%, Master 100%.
• Follow VIP quality service policies and standards.
• Complete required training and certifications.
• Take LMS and safe equipment training; become licensed inspector and TIA/Tai certifications as needed.
• Road test vehicles after service and ensure safe operation.
• Keep workspace clean and manage disposal of hazardous waste.
• Participate in shop maintenance and team meetings.
• Enforce Code of Ethics and comply with regulations.
