• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, manuals, and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly and accurately.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions for basic automotive problems.
• Interpret and apply written, oral, and diagram instructions.
• Perform the automotive services listed for the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as a top priority and complete safety training.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance across applicable ASE areas.
• Initiate Service Work Orders and ensure proper display and documentation.
• Procure needed parts through the Desk Team and return unused parts.
• Keep the work area clean and equipment well-maintained daily.
