Job summary
Dobbs Tire & Auto Center is hiring experienced Automotive Technicians to join our fast-paced shop in Missouri. If you’re ASE certified or bring significant hands-on experience, we offer guaranteed weekly hours, comprehensive benefits, and career growth in a team-focused environment.
Technicians diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles, performing wheel alignments, tire services, brake work, inspections, and routine maintenance.
Qualifications
- ASE certifications OR 5+ years hands-on shop experience.
- Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
- Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles for safety and reliability.
- Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, and maintenance.
- Complete Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so.
- Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain accurate service documentation for completed work.
- Collaborate with team to keep the shop efficient and safe.
- Provide clear repair recommendations to customers.
