Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal and procedures.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to basic automotive problems.
• Explain vehicle information to customers.
• Interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule forms.
• Perform the required automotive services listed above.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and follow safety policies.
• Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services per ASE certifications A1–A8.
• Initiate Service Work Order and display with the vehicle.
• Complete MPI and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
• Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service completion.
• Maintain productivity standards and safe operation of shop equipment.
