Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking an ASE Technician in Londonderry, NH. You will diagnose automotive systems, perform repairs and replacements, and ensure services meet VIP quality standards. The role requires adherence to safety policies and collaboration with the Service Manager and desk team.

Responsibilities include completing service orders, MPI, and 5-for-5 customer engagement, while maintaining a clean and safe workstation and complying with regulations throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• One year of related automotive service experience.
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Current, valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• ASE/G1 maintenance and light repair recommended.
• State Inspection License and Equipment Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems and components.
• Ensure Service Work Order is initiated and displayed with vehicle.
• Complete MPI and participate in the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement process.
• Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service completion.
• Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Follow VIP quality standards and participate in required training.
