Job summary

Milestones Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking dedicated educational staff to support students with autism and related services. You will work with BCBA® professionals, participate in intake, and help develop and monitor IEP goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and LEAs while maintaining high professional standards. The position requires CT Special Education certification, a background in ASD interventions, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Holds CT Comprehensive Special Education certificate.
• DSAP or DSAP in process as alternative.
• At least 2 years’ experience supporting individuals with ASD using evidence-based strategies.
• Excellent professional, leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Required to wear PPE and attend PPE trainings.
• Must follow all safety procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Board-C Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA®).
• Participate in intake process for new students.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals and progress.
• Review graphs and programming with BCBA® and modify as needed.
• Provide staff training and mentorship.
• Attend community visits as required.
• Collaborate with parents and LEAs.
