What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue new leads and clients through cold calling and referrals to achieve production goals

- Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
- Ability to manage multiple and evolving priorities
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales
- Proven track record of meeting production sales goals
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
