Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops new business while servicing existing clients for their financing needs.

Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, provides financing solutions for business equipment and technology, serving clients from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. Our goal is to deliver customized finance programs that add value to our customers’ businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to meet sales goals.
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate how offerings meet their needs.
  • Communicate information about company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet monthly quota goals consistently.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Prepare and present customized client solutions to diverse customers.
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms when appropriate.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of all product offerings.

This role requires time tracking and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It is also incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
Preferences
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales
  • Proven results in meeting sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Compensation includes base salary and variable incentives, with total earning potential of $40,000 - $150,000. Candidates seeking remote work should have 3-4 years of specific experience in equipment financing/leasing.
